To generate something great requires one to balance innovative ideas with thorough execution or the idea will remain just that. My record highlights my ability to manage this balance and bring grand ideas from conception to reality to drive a company’s growth.As employee #23 at Skullcandy I was able to help the organization grow revenue to over $300M from $25M culminating with a $600M IPO in 2011 with over 350 employees. Having been in operations and product roles through this growth I was able to lead multiple project teams to create and implement solutions to issues that arose in the business including: customer profitability, launching over 400 new products, KPI development, product market fit and managing international compliance regulations.Since joining Owlet Baby Care as employee #18 I have been able build the foundation that allowed the business to grow 20X YoY and increase our net promoter score in 2016. My focus to allow this growth included resourcing production to create sustainable COGS, setting up a new warehouse to improve shipping accuracy, implementing a unifying data platform with Netsuite ERP, and setting up an S&OP process to align the business.I embrace the early stages of building a company and enjoy using an entrepreneurial mindset to approach problems and build durable businesses. In doing so I drive global process standardization and remove variation to allow the company to maximize cash, protect EBIT, and control OPEX while providing exceptional service to customers and retail partners. Following this mantra my teams have contributed to several recognitions from retailers including vendor of the year awards from Target, Best Buy, Toys 'R' Us, Radioshack and Fred Meyer. I take an optimistic realist approach to any problem I face.
