Customer Experience Manager

OutSystems is a low-code platform to visually develop your application, integrate with existing systems and add your own code when needed.

I'm currently working as the Customer Service Team Leader on OutSystems. I was challenged to create and operacionalize a complete new team - Customer Service - in order to improve our customers experience. My goal is to create a world class customer service experience across all (corporate) interaction channels, addressing any questions our customers have related to OutSystems.Along with my role at OutSystems I'm also the coordinator of Sporting Clube de Portugal volunteers team, defining responsibilities and leading about 80 people on home matches for the soccer team.Proud to be working at OutSystems, a Gartner and Forrester market leader (links in media section below)---Previously, at OutSystems, I was part of the Engineering Services Specialist as a Support Engineer. Acting as an experts on all technical aspects of deploying and operating the OutSystems Platform in very large and complex environments I had the opportunity to develop my troubleshooting and problem solving capabilities. I then changed to the Success Team where I was a Customer Success Manager. My main responsibilities were to assist and help worldwide newcomers to OutSystems Platform, while pursuing and identifying potential sales opportunities.On the beginning of my career, at Deloitte, I worked as an IT Consultant on Public Sector (government) and Financial Services (banking and insurance) industries. Being part of multiple projects, including web application development, data migration, integration and reporting, I was able to work and learn about a wide variety of technologies, IT architecture and functional analysis.
