I am a high-energy turnaround expert with over 40 years of management experience in fast food, quick service, casual dining, and specialty hospitality brands. I have managed in the franchise arena, large and small corporate arena, private ownership arena, and owned my own business. A multi-unit professional and restaurant industry veteran, with transferable skills in leadership, team building, leader development, sales building, customer relations, strategic planning, and driving balanced results with a tough on results and kind with people culture. I have developed a specialized skill set for building out startups in new markets and turnaround situations in existing markets while working at some of the primer brands in the food service industry. These brands include, Steak and Ale, Jaun and Only,s Cantina, Bennigan’s, Copelands of New Orleans, Super Popeyes, Miami Subs, Semolina The Original Pasta Bar, Boston Market, Longhorn Steakhouse, and Outback Steakhouse, I designed, built, owned, and sold Post No Bills Craft Beer House Sand City, CA while living in Denver Colorado and managing very successful Steakhouses in Colorado, Nevada, and Hawaii during the same time period. I have a demonstrated track record in community service and involvement having served on the Aurora, CO Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Aurora Rotary Club Board of Directors, Colorado Association of Commerce and Industry Board of Directors, Colorado Restaurant Association Board of Directors and served as the Chairman of the Board for the Colorado Restaurant association in 2015.
