I am a key member of the Ostmodern management team overseeing the entire studio along with running the studio and project management teams. I am a highly organised and passionate manager with ten years of experience. I have established the project management function and process within Ostmodern, to include selecting, implementing and evolving the tools, processes and documentation used to deliver our projects. I have recruited and developed the eight-strong team that are currently in place. Along with identification and recruitment of the studio team functions, to enable the smooth running of the studio and the project teams. I have a strong skill set and rounded understanding of digital and interactive projects using scrum, Kanban and waterfall methodologies. I lead a team running a host of different projects across product design, Video-on-Demand, interactive physical environments, multi-device interfaces, digital strategy, brand identity, and application design. I have a proven track record of planning and delivering complex and high profile projects on time and within budget, whilst also exceeding client expectations and developing strong relationships with my clients and the teams I lead.
