A little about myself: I graduated with my Masters in HR about 5 years ago, and have been working for OSIsoft since graduation. I made the move from Texas to beautiful California for the job, while it was an adjustment, I couldn't imagine being anywhere else now. I started as an HR Generalist, and then moved into University Recruiting. I started with creating the internship program, and then moved into managing the University Recruiting function. A little about OSIsoft: OSIsoft is a privately held, family owned organization that has been around for the past 35 years. We have steadily grown over the years to about 1,200 employees globally. We hire top engineers from the best universities to fill a variety of roles (support, development, IT, sales).
