Vince Kane is responsible for leading the IT Enterprise Architecture, Project & Program Management Office, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, Business Analysis and Test Practice and Resourcing teams at Origin Energy. The group is responsible for integrated IT strategy and roadmapping, IT governance and reporting, the optimisation and delivery of the technology enabled business change portfolio, the development and execution of sourcing strategies, category /commercial /contract management and setting of business analysis and test practice standards. Origin is the leading Australian integrated energy company. Being integrated, Origin has diverse operations spanning across the energy supply chain; from gas exploration and production to power generation and energy retailing. Vince originally joined Origin in December 2010 to establish the Project Management Office within the IT shared services function, immediately prior to joining Origin, Vince held the position of General Manager IT PMO in Transfield Services, Australia. Vince holds a BSc. in Economics and post graduate qualifications in Information Technology.
