As a program manager for the Business Services at Oregon Employment Department my goal is to connect Oregon’s employers with top talent and to drive awareness to WorkSource Oregon Resources. My focus is to bring together business, labor, education, economic development, public and private organizations to effectively response to the workforce challenges, through high-quality services to individuals and businesses resulting in job Attainment, Retention and Advancement. My connections and partnerships include employers, labor groups, government, community colleges, high schools, community-based and economic development organizations.
