I am an expert in leading the transformation and delivery of stable, profitable IT and telecommunications managed services. I have a particular strength in ITIL based service management with ITIL Expert certification. I am a champion for continual service improvement. I also have strong capabilities in leadership, man management and mentoring. I am a PRINCE 2 Practitioner with excellent project management experience. I am currently responsible for the delivery of $30m a year of network, security and unified communications services to Orange's largest UK customer, leading an 80 person global team of service managers, technical experts and Service Desk staff.
