Ismaïl REBAÏ is a multi-cultural Telecommunications Expert and carries a good experience in the French telecommunications sector. Before managing Analytics, CRM & BI at the Enterprise Line of Business - Orange France Telecom, he managed innovative product promotion programs at France Telecom Strategic Marketing. Earlier, he managed a french national program for optimizing business and processing around CRM in Call Centers. He used for this his proven leadership skills with ability to deliver through knowledge-driven teamwork. His exemplary empathy for others let him succeed in his missions and acquire a good expertise in developing teams, improving efficiencies, quality and successful change management. In 2005 Ismaïl joined Business Intelligence Orange France Team and impulsed the process driven evolution of mobile IT fields. He negociated supplyer contracts in collaboration with Orange Group supply chain team. From 2001 to 2004 Ismail Rebaï led IT operations in billing, CRM and networking for a subsidiary company of France Telecom. From 1996 to 2001 he advised and assisted for 6 years different IT Head of programs and decision makers in HR, IT and TelCos. Ismaïl Rebaï participated in different conferences and international symposia; he has also taught and continues to give conferences at universities such as Université de Cergy, Université de Villetaneuse, Université de Technologie de Compiègne, Paris Dauphine, Marne La Vallée-France and engineering schools such as EFREI. He holds a Principal Engineer degree from the ENIT - Tunisia, a Ph.D. in Optimisation and a Master of Innovation Management from the École Centrale Paris.
