I am an energetic and accomplished senior executive of large-scale operations and processes which require analytical and technical expertise and superb customer facing abilities. I love the challenge of understanding complex processes and finding creative and exciting ways of exceeding expectation. I was privileged to have spent the last decade contributing to the growth of Optimove from 4 employees to nearly 300 employees and establishing the entire customer organization. As CCO, I am dedicated to the pursuit of scalable and effective paths leading to growth and constant improvement, while delivering outstanding customer experience.
