With deep experience as both an external consultant and an internal leader, I am a results-oriented talent and organizational development professional who enjoys building individual, team and organizational capability. My mission is to help people develop new ways of engaging with their challenges and opportunities -- and with one another -- in order to innovate, co-create a positive cultures and achieve higher levels of individual and collective performance and well-being. I integrate expertise in OD, leadership, learning and development, performance and talent management, change management and project management to assess needs, identify root issues and priority goals, and to design and implement sustainable solutions.
