My father started his own business with my mother at 24 years old, after 30 years they still run the company and work full time alongside my brother. From an early age I learnt from them, the value of hard work, dedication and tenacity. I went into sales almost straight out of University and my roles have included cold calling, pitching and even knocking on doors to win business. I've now been in recruitment for nearly 3 years.
