Senior executive with a proven track record of building HR and Recruiting teams from scratch to support fast growth organizations that strive to disrupt their industries while maintaining a focus on culture. Currently a member of the Senior Leadership team at One Medical and leading the HR, Recruitment, Credentialing and Events teams. During this time company has grown from 300 to 1,100 team members and was awarded the 2013 Crunchie Award for Best Health Startup. Defined and delivered a values program that represents the unique culture of this mission driven organization. Founding member of the Virgin America Team (employee 35) that brought the company from incubation to an operating, award winning airline. The airline grew from 50 employees to almost 3,000 during this time. This required building highly effective teams within the organization that truly believed in the mission and executed on the strategic plan; all while ensuring that the strong culture flourished through the explosive growth.
