Currently, I lead One Medical's Core HR team that is responsible for delivering comp/benefits, L&D, HR Operations and HR business partnering. One Medical's mission is to reinvent how primary care is delivered by leveraging technology and employing an obsessively patient-centric approach. I have successfully led organizational change, multiple labor organizing campaigns and executive transitions.
