OneBlood, Inc. is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) community asset responsible for providing safe, available and affordable blood to more than 200 hospital partners and their patients.

As Chief Operating Officer & Chief Information Officer of OneBlood, Lance Reed is responsible for the following departments: Sales, Recruitment and Marketing, Biologics Manufacturing and Distribution, Project Management Office, Learning & Education and Information Technology. Trusted advisor on IT & Operations matters. Critical change agent and leader with a successful track record driving business innovation, process improvement and savings, delivering bottom line results in multiple industries -- including healthcare, transportation, financial services, consumer products, retail & high tech manufacturing -- in not-for-profits and public and private. Key strengths include performance management, client relationship management, business development, negotiation and presentation skills, organizational development, strategic planning, concensus building, solving complex business problems, practice, project management, building high performance teams and P&L management, Responsible for Designing and Developing a Biologic Supply Chain software that was submitted for 510k approval. Was approved and now being managed as a Medical Device. Responsible Head for the Medical Device Business and all validations and sub-missions. Developed Best of Breed Business Intelligence Solution and responsible for Enterprise Corporate Analysis. Responsible for all Regulated and Business Application Training in which we have developed simulation centers to allow for Medical Professional Procedures. The first in our industry. Also lead our start up areas of new business ventures. Developed 2 SAS Model software products used by American Red Cross/Vitalant Research and Clinical Discovery Institute. I also am responsible for Clinical Discovery Institute which is a research company that sells blood products into BioTech, Pharma, et. I am also the Partner inside of ARC-One solutions which is a JV with American Red Cross which is a software medical device company.
