I am thought of as a Creative Information Technology Leader with focus on Infrastructure Services and Support such as Server Architecture, Storage, Network, Data Center Facilities, Remote Access/Application Delivery, and Shared Applications (i.e. Messaging and Web-Hosted Applications). Outstanding Mentor and Coach to develop people, processes, and technologies, with results to match the business strategic goals.My current responsibilities involve the management of the Infrastructure Services Team for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, including the Architecture Team as well as the Operational Support Team. As a member of the Senior IS Management Team, I am the conduit for the Executive Level Management of the organization for all items related to Infrastructure Services. I have additional responsibilities having to do with strategic& technical direction, process improvements, vendor management & relationship building and negotiations (hardware, software, maintenance agreements, and professional service engagements). I report directly to the Chief Information Officer of Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, and have the overall responsibility to ensure that the Management, Monitoring, and Maintenance of the Technical Infrastructure Environment meets the growing needs of the business.
