For 85 years, Okland Construction has been building and designing in the Mountain West. A handful of its projects include the Novell Building H, Gateway Tower West, The Grand Summit Hotel, The Provo Towne Center Mall and many of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints' temples. Okland is a family-owned private business with over 300 employees and is managed by Randy Okland, President and CEO. Okland's main office is in Salt Lake City, with a division in Tempe, Arizona.

Prioritizing employee needs to make the workplace a better environment is what I am happy to bring to my role as an HR Experience Manager and Executive Assistant. These priorities facilitate successful client relations and create growth within an organization. In my role, I inspire to bring employees together across varied work environments and see that all are receiving the opportunities and development needed to help their career flourish. I bring this same approach to serving the community through the organization in which I work. Whether through recruiting initiatives, volunteer opportunities or fostering partnerships with businesses and institutions, I strive to see that my company's mission and goals are proudly on display.
