OESC was created by legislation in 1941. OESC strives to provide employment security and in so doing promote the economic well-being of the state of Oklahoma. Enhance Oklahoma's economy by matching jobs and workers to increase the efficiency of local labor markets, providing Unemployment Compensation to support unemployed workers and their communities, \r\npreparing a skilled workforce to enhance and align their skills to meet local labor market needs, \r\ngathering, analyzing and disseminating information about the labor force to improve local economic decisions.

Creating the vision, strategy and mission for value added Procurement operations is what my experience demonstrates a procurement executive. Additionally, a strong legal background in civil matters creates a synergy for excellence. Utilizing a highly skilled background and business acumen, contract drafting and negotiations are strong talents. The challenges of IT contracting in the digital provide many challenges in which I approach with confidence. My broad background as allowed my talents to shine in many capacities as a Deputy General Counsel with strong research and analysis skills. I have practiced in the areas of Business Law, Insurance Defense, ADA, OSHA, EEOC, DoL Matters, Social Security Disability, Workers' Compensation, Domestic Law, Wills and Trusts. The ability to take complex ideas and break them into smaller parts as served me will in all roles that I have served. I strive to be expedient and deliver timely outcomes to create successful teams wherever I am assigned. I enjoy working in the public sector to bring value and world-class service. My goal is always to exceed expectations. As State Purchasing Director, I oversee the goods and services acquisitions for IT and Non-IT for 100+ executive branch agencies and have led spend management efforts to save $90M+ annually in cost savings. To date, I have increased the state contract portfolio to over 500 contracts representing over 1000 suppliers. Simultaneously, I have implemented greater transparency and internal controls to ensure the best value to citizens and stakeholders. My leadership style is straightforward: eyes on, straight talk. Picking, training and trusting the right team members is crucial to completing challenging initiatives and tackling day-to-day tasks to ensure reliable service.
