OCLI, one of the largest ophthalmology practices in the nation, consists of 23 eye doctors representing most subspecialties of ophthalmology in 7 locations throughout Long Island| in Rockville Centre, Lynbrook, Valley Stream, Stony Brook, Manhasset, East Meadow and Port Jefferson. OCLI also has a research department that is involved in studies to improve the treatment and diagnosing of ophthalmic diseases.

Over the past 17 years, I have worked my way up from a staff accountant, audit manager, and senior compliance controls manager of a multi-national public company with global revenues approaching $5 billion, to the Director of Finance of a multi-million dollar company. My years in public accounting have provided me with a tremendous foundation, not only technically, but also from a leadership perspective. I have found my decision to leave public accounting and move to the private sector to be a rewarding and enjoyable one, since I most enjoy finding opportunities to improve operations and financial results.
