New York City Economic Development Corporation is New York City's primary vehicle for promoting economic growth in each of the five boroughs. NYCEDC's mission is to stimulate growth through expansion and redevelopment programs that encourage investment, generate prosperity and strengthen the City's competitive position. NYCEDC serves as an advocate to the business community by building relationships with companies that allow them to take advantage of New York City's many opportunities.

I am passionate about planning, financing and building large scale real estate with a double bottom line focus. Currently, this manifests in both creating neighborhoods and producing theatre, events and mixed-use buildings. Many years ago, I developed and managed a cultural incubator and arts center, including theatres as well as a restaurant, bar & cabaret and co-working spaces. I realized the connection between socially-based real estate and the community surrounding it, and how this could be channeled into investments both financial and social.
