Chris has over 25 years of experience managing high growth environments, completing consolidations, and executing acquisitions to maximize shareholder value in both public and private companies. He has a successful track record in helping companies substantially grow revenue and cash flow, building high performance teams, and executing process improvements to maximizing shareholder value. Chris has worked in diverse industries including healthcare services, healthcare insurance, software and internet technologies, casino gaming and direct to consumer businesses. Through the successful strategies and sales of three public and three private companies, Chris has helped create more than $8 Billion in value for shareholders. As an operator, he has managed different multi-site businesses ranging from 10 to 500+ sites, multiple cost savings initiatives for over $350 million in savings, and led and integrated more than 50 mergers and acquisitions with an aggregate value in excess of $10 Billion. Additionally, he has raised more than $3 Billion of capital through more than 20 transactions utilizing a variety of structures.
