I am a self-motivated multi skilled engineer/Manager with good communication skills showing competency, ability and a positive attitude to work. I am dedicated to my job with good commitment and interpersonal skills whilst showing respect for others this helps me work well in a team and also influence other people around me or equally on my own. Having initiative and drive to progress in my career, always taking responsibility to make decisions and take new challenges always helps me become a valued member of any team. Engineering has been a big part of life since I have left school only working within engineering and only working for three employers underlines my commitment. I have progressed with in all companies starting out as a apprentice completing my apprenticeship then working my way up to shift engineer then engineering manager. i have also completed further qualifications which shows my drive and determination to progress, learn and develop in engineering. I'm currently employed with nutricia as an engineering cell leader. All my skill, knowledge and experience I have learnt so far makes a good engineering manager to employ I am capable of developing further in my career and aim to do so.
