I work full-time at the Financial Times as Section Head of FT Weekend, but recently worked as Social Media Editor on the Audience Engagement team, a cutting-edge department at the forefront of our digital operation. The publishing landscape is changing fast and it's great to be part of our strategic vision for a different way of working and engaging with our audience. I am also a yoga and meditation teacher. I run a class at London Bridge every Tuesday 1-2pm, off St Thomas'​ Street, opposite The Shard. Contact me at yoga@clairebarron.com if you are interested in joining. I host yoga and meditation workshops, courses and retreats both here and overseas, including in Spain where I run a mountain resort with my business partners. I help look after our activities and marketing. The property boasts 7 fully self-contained apartments - with en-suite bathrooms, kitchens and log fires - which open onto a central patio. It sleeps 26 people and has a large pool, play area and plenty of places to relax and eat. Cortijo La Presa is also a working farm with more than 500 olive trees and other fruit and nut trees. As well as bottling our own olive oil, it's a great place to unwind and recharge and is perfect for weddings, events, activities and large family, friend and corporate groups.
