A strategic business leader with Nuseed, a plant breeding and seed company, with responsibility for P&L, Balance Sheet and ~100 staff in our largest markets.We continue to grow the business on a foundation of strong research and excellence in marketing, with a balance of organic and acquisition supporting our core value of developing value 'Beyond Yield' in the agriculture sector.From a blank sheet, Nuseed has grown to be a vibrant, robust and profitable seed company. I have been a key part of a small management team driving the development of the business, joining the company as a leader at its inception, and being responsible for strategy, targeted acquisition and integration of the foundations of our business, and the creation of value in the 'Nuseed' business.I have worked with leading international agribusinesses and been fortunate to engage with inspiring customers, colleagues and providers in production and output agriculture, food and business sectors.I lead businesses through the people, building strategic vision and a culture of innovation, with a focus on the details of running operationally excellent business.
