I'm responsible for advising New Mexico and Oklahoma Stewart direct operations and independent agents on all aspects of underwriting title insurance policies. I'm the Secretary of the Board of the New Mexico Land Title Association and Chair of the NMLTA Legislative Committee. I'm the Real Property Division Vice-Chair of the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law. I am also chair of the ABA Council on Racial and Ethnic Diversity in the Educational Pipeline. In August 2015 I will join the ABA Board of Governors. I'm a frequent author and lecturer on matters relating to all aspects of the title insurance business, including title and escrow.
