Experience from 2007 in the selection of peptides and nanobodies against cell receptor, immuno complex and a wide range of molecules (proteins, haptens) by phage display technology. Experienced in development of single domain based sandwich ELISA and PHAIA (phage anti-immunocomplex assay). Generation of an efficient in vivo biotinylation system and a simple and rapid method of VHH pair selection for sandwich developement. Generation of bispecific VHHs with effector functions by the targeting to the endocytic cell receptor CD11b.
