At GSI Group, we collaborate with OEM customers to adapt our component and subsystem technologies to deliver highly differentiated performance in their most demanding applications. As Corporate Vice President of IT, my team and I have been privileged to build technology solutions, optimize workflows, and deliver ongoing support for GSI’s 1,400-member workforce across manufacturing facilities and sales / distribution centers worldwide. Like every great IT organization, our goal is to identify and rollout the right cost-conscious blend of technologies to enhance efficiency, speed, and profitability.Prior to GSI, I drove similar systemic business and IT transformations at companies in Colorado and California—managing multimillion-dollar budgets and IT teams of more than 60 people in Europe, Asia, and North America.Educated in business, finance, and IT, my career began in financial planning and analysis, accounting, and operations management. That early experience has translated into a unique leadership perspective across multiple business turnarounds, acquisitions, and divestitures, and more than ninety-five IT stabilization and consolidation initiatives since 2002. Outside the office, I’m usually outdoors—hiking, water / snow skiing, or mountain biking with friends and family.
