Nordstrom, Inc. is an American chain of luxury department stores headquartered in Seattle, Washington.

An inspirational leader with extensive retail, financial and marketing experience. Scott started his career at Nordstrom in 1985 in the shoe department at the Bellevue Rack. In his 30-year tenure, Scott has supported multiple Nordstrom divisions in a variety of roles including Buyer, Regional Merchandiser Manager, Business Planning and Analysis Director and Divisional Merchandising Manager. In 2006, he was named President of Rack, growing the store count from 50 to 89 stores. In 2010, he was named EVP/General Merchandise Manager of Shoes; and in the summer 2016, he was named Chief Marketing Officer. Scott serves on the board of directors for United Way of King County and Washington State University's Apparel Merchandising, Design and Textile Departments.
