Ann has recently been appointed NAE's Regional MD for North America and has the privilege of working with both American and British International Schools. Ann also serves on NAE's Executive Committee working in partnership with colleagues to drive NAE's ambitious aims for students, staff and communities world wide. Ann was previously a successful Director of Education in both the UK and international organizations, a school leader in 3years -18 years of age international schools, education change manager and quality assurance professional, responsible for quality assuring learning and leadership in over 250 schools in the UK, Middle East, and the United States. From the appointment and induction of effective Heads of Schools to ensuring a focus on learning in all institutions, she has been responsible for ensuring leadership at all levels is fit for purpose enabling students and staff to reach their aspirational goals. A strategic planner and trainer she has supported schools in self-evaluation, strategic planning, leadership skills to support career and succession planning, coaching and mentoring. Ann has previously served at Board Level in two large for profit schools' organizations ably balancing business demands with student and staff success. She has led conferences on school improvement and leadership while also advising Boards on educational strategies for growth and improvement.
