As a coach and human resources professional for over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with individuals at all levels in an organization helping leaders to lead well, uplevel communication, improve performance, and build stronger teams. My background includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco. I am a certified coach and member of the Maxwell Leadership Team and a certified Behavioral Analysis (DISC) Consultant. As a coach, trainer, and facilitator, my work is done through one-on-one coaching, group coaching, and workshops.
