NexTier Bank has assets of $970 million and serves the western Pennsylvania region with corporate headquarters in Butler. NexTier, Inc. includes NexTier Bank, NexTier Insurance Services and NexTier Wealth Management. NexTier Bank has 24 community offices throughout northern Allegheny, Armstrong and Butler counties.

I currently serve as the Chief Operating Officer, General Counsel and Secretary of NexTier Bank, N.A., a total community bank headquartered in Butler, Pennsylvania with 27 branch locations in Butler, Armstrong, Allegheny, Westmoreland, Clearfield and Cumberland counties in PA and loan production offices in Erie, PA, Cleveland and Columbus, OH, and Buffalo and Rochester, NY. As a member of NexTier Bank's executive management team, I am responsible for the day to day operational functions of the bank and work collaboratively with all areas and employees of the bank to promote exceptional customer service, operational efficiency and a “ONE Team” culture. I am also responsible for the legal affairs of the bank, and provide legal counsel and service to the directors, executives, officers and employees of the bank in the areas of loan transactions and documentation, loan workouts, branch matters and deposits, corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, contracts, litigation and human resources.
