NexTier Bank has assets of $970 million and serves the western Pennsylvania region with corporate headquarters in Butler. NexTier, Inc. includes NexTier Bank, NexTier Insurance Services and NexTier Wealth Management. NexTier Bank has 24 community offices throughout northern Allegheny, Armstrong and Butler counties.

I currently serve as the Chief Risk Officer, General Counsel and Secretary of NexTier Bank, N.A., a community bank headquartered in Butler, Pennsylvania with 28 branch locations in Butler, Armstrong, Allegheny and Wesmoreland counties and loan production offices in Clarion, Hermitage, Greensburg, Camp Hill, and Cleveland, OH. As a member of NexTier Bank's executive management team, I am responsible for the enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, internal audit and legal functions of the bank, and provide legal counsel and service to the directors, executives, officers and employees of the bank in the areas of loan transactions and documentation, loan workouts, branch matters and deposits, corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, contracts, litigation and human resources.
