Over the 22 years of my professional journey - 7 years in Consulting + 15 years in Operations - within multiple industries, I acquired a significant experience of HR transformation programs in international and fast-paced organizations. I learnt to navigate through multiple models and am usually seen as an enabler: pragmatic and result delivery oriented. My professional experience is all about building solutions that support HR strategies and will turn into concrete implementations. One target : get things live ! I am accustomed to problem solving, managing teams from various cultures in cross-layers schemes, and used to put my hands in the engine when need be, both from functional and technology perspectives.
