Steve McElfresh has been the CEO of two management consulting organizations, Chief HR officer for three technology companies, and a university professor. He has a JD, a PhD in social/organizational psychology. He has held a SPHR certification, and served as Adjunct Faculty and on the Advisory Board of the UC Santa Cruz HR Certificate Program.He was a charter member of SHRM's National Expertise Panel on HR Metrics and Measurement, and is past-president of the Bay Area HR Executives Council.
