At New Leaders, we identify talented educators who believe that all kids can excel and equip them to transform schools and students lives. Our programs provide intensive training to leaders at all levels from teachers to superintendents so they have the skills to improve instruction, accelerate student learning, and build a brighter future for their communities.

I'm responsible for creating a pipeline of qualified and diverse applicants who will be successfully admitted into New Leaders' leadership development programs. In my efforts, I work to inspire, build and maintain relationships with key district and charter partners and other relevant organizations to attract strong applicants well-suited for matriculation into one of our rigorous programs. I also work to grow the applicant pool and cultivate prospective candidates by sourcing candidates through traditional and non-traditional avenues, cultivating external partnerships, extensive networking, and executing events while serving as an ambassador of New Leaders’ mission, core beliefs, and values.
