Over the years I've had the chance to wear many different hats within marketing and business development orgs. I've had the chance to oversee acquisition teams, account management teams, and work along side product and engineering with intent to create alignment regarding end-to-end customer journeys. I've also been lucky enough to own and drive several unique lines of business from concept to revenue. What I've learned most over these past several years is the importance of planning, alignment, attribution, blended CAC modeling, forecasting with large budgets, and monitoring true OKRs.
