I've developed through years in the corporate sector in FMCG, Retail, Banking and Consulting where I've had alot of experience and operated in all sectors of the Economy.I've delivered a wide range of leadership, management, employee engagement and business strategy interventions across the African Continent, the Middle East and Asia. Through my cross sector experience I'm able to facilitate across a diversity of cultures. My approach whether in consulting and facilitation, is to provide creative, pragmatic solutions to ensure the needs of the organisation are met. Through Accelerate Performance Consultants my focus is on a few key areas: Improving performance of leaders,organisations and teams. Our team ensures that all our solutions are relevant, impactful and practical.I'm also very passionate about the non-profit community and Government performance in Africa. I work with non-profit organisations and Governments across the continent to develop great leaders, practical strategy and drive sustainable change.I've been fortunate to work for clients that include Standard Bank, Mars Africa, De Beers, Levi Strauss, Growthpoint, MTN, McDonald's SA, Ecobank, IDC, RMB, UNICEF and Anglo Gold Ashanti.
