Begun by Jack Nadel and his wife Ellie, JNI has always been a family business UO with a philosophy that supports women, minorities and disabled veterans. As Jack explored other opportunities to enhance JNI, the company was under the guidance of Marty Nadel. And now, MartyUas son, Craig, is at the helm continuing long-standing traditions and goals.We have grown from a single office in Culver City, California to offices in 17 major U.S. cities and Hong Kong. To better serve our international clients, JNI purchased Active Promotions in 1999, a London-based promotional company. This acquisition has enabled JNI to seamlessly provide services in the US, and UK and beyond. Today, with over 100 Account Executives and a support staff that exceeds 100, we have always known that it is our people that are the foundation of our success.

I'm in the recognition and incentive business. I help clients both in the profit and non-profit sector to exceed their corporate goals and objectives by developing programs and merchandise to motivate, reward, Thank, and incentivize people to perform, achieve and go above and beyond. Specialties: I develop, create and deliver products and strategies to support marketing, HR, sales, safety and any other division within a company that needs to create a climate of positive goodwill. I work on branding and marketing strategies. My team and I recently participated with McCann on a pro-bono project for the MSD/Parkland students for The March for our Lives global event on March 24, 2018 which we were honored to be a part of. Our solution went viral and was on the podium in DC and our bracelet is now available based off a template on the #neveragain website. An example of how branded merchandise can impact the world and not be just swag.
