Tim now holds the position of Chief Investment Officer for Centennial Property Finance, a business unit within Centennial Bank. This platform will supply senior debt capital to developers and owners of commercial real estate nationally , and leverage buyers of loan pools or distressed assets, as well as providing warehouse lines to bridge lenders. This platform was formerly known as Doral Property Finance. Tim was honored with the 2011 distinguished alumni award from the NYU Real Estate School. Previously, Tim had been a fund manager for Torchlight Investors, formally known as ING Clarion Capital. Former positions included Managing Director of CIT’s Real Estate Structured Finance and Equity Group. Hired to build a real estate platform, the group had offices in New York, Chicago and California, and more than $1B under management. Before that, Mr. Zietara was the Regional Manager of Wells Fargo’s Real Estate Group headquartered in New York City. He joined Wells Fargo to build their first New York regional lending office, shortly after the acquisition of Eastdil Realty, a national real estate investment banking firm. During his tenure at Wells Fargo. Clients included REITs, major private developers and opportunity funds. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Mr. Zietara spent ten years at PNC Bank, leaving as the manager of the New York Real Estate Finance Group. Education includes an undergraduate business degree from Marquette and Masters from New York University. Mr. Zietara’s early career included positions in both mortgage banking, real estate development and distressed asset management. Mr. Zietara currently serves on the board of Lincoln Center Real Estate and is a NYU Schack Real Estate Adjunct Professor.
