Multnomah County is a government administration which serves public safety, legal, public health.

For the last 10 years, Lindsay has worked with a multiplicity of non-profit organizations and social enterprises in Michigan, Texas, Colorado, Oregon, Thailand, Africa, India, and Canada. Working in various capacities, she has provided fund development, program enhancement, and project management services and helped to secure over $12 million dollars in grant awards for organizations. This past experience has afforded her the ability to develop a diverse skill-set and a strategic mind. She excels at identifying and responding to opportunities, holds an unwavering commitment to producing high-quality work, and is comfortable balancing multiple work streams and competing timelines while executing complex/ detailed projects. Lindsay's successful track record of obtaining highly competitive grants from State, Federal, and Private Foundation sources bringing in millions of dollars for organizations can speak to the level of professionalism and detailed organization with which she is accustomed. Offering development services from grant writing, program development, strategic planning, and organizational capacity-building, she has become well acquainted with the vital importance of collaboration between funders, community partners/ stakeholders, and non-profits in developing the best approaches to meet significant community needs. This work has allowed her to realize a true passion for helping organizations accomplish their goals and work more effectively to positively impact communities.
