Senior PR agency executive leader who has been responsible for key agency management functions, including agency corporate reputation, internal/external communications and marketing, business development (New York office), employee engagement and thought leadership (North America). Over the course of five years, I strategically guided the tripling of network thought leadership, outstanding award program achievement, agency social media presence/share of voice and content development in North America. With a reputation for being a collaborative leader, I have made significant contributions to the rise of agency's global reputation and played a critical role in managing numerous business issues.I led business development for five years for the agency's largest office, implementing numerous new sales and pipeline development processes and practices, serving as hands-on creative lead for new business pitches and achieving significant agency growth and noteworthy new business account wins.I also served in a number of other roles -- from creative director of the health care practice to interim research and insights director to managing partner for public relations in integrated marketing agency. Over the course of my agency career, I have also actively led client accounts in corporate communications, financial services, healthcare and consumer marketing, consistently winning top industry awards.
