Jane Fitzpatrick is the Human Resource Manager for the Equity and Credit Research Group. In this role, she oversees human resources functions regarding compensation, performance management, recruiting, strategic planning, and training. She provides coaching and counseling to employees and the management team. She works closely with employees globally in the US, London, Germany, Canada, China, Australia, and India. Jane holds a bachelor’s degree from DePaul University in Business Management. She also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation.
