I am a digital and brand marketing executive with 15 years of experience, including 2 years within senior leadership. In my current role at Monstercat (electronic music's leading independent record label), I oversee a team of 26 across 3 countries, with direct accountability for the development and performance of our Digital Marketing, Music Marketing, Communications (PR), Streaming & Radio (Promo), Live Programming, Events, eCommerce, and Creative Design departments. Leveraging my core strengths of leadership and omnichannel marketing, I'm proud to have been integral to the revenue growth, organizational design, and professional development of these teams for the past 2 years. Prior to Monstercat, I was a Senior marketing executive at Sony Music. During my tenure, I orchestrated go-to-market strategies for dozens of multiplatinum, #1 charting releases for AAA talent including Miley Cyrus, Justin Timberlake, Kesha, and more. I specialize in holistic marketing campaigns that include TV and award show appearances, promotional / publicity junkets, merchandise development, tour routing, and $1MM+ USD media / advertising spends. I hold a B.A. in Music Business from SUNY Potsdam, where I studied Opera (and remain an enthusiastic musician to this day!). I'm always looking to grow my personal and professional network.
