Sean began his career developing niche markets growing customer and brand loyalty as a territory account manager in the trenches of a fortune 500 company. A student of human behavior, his passion for people led him to focus on the challenges facing a multi-generational workforce. Applying principles he learned in the marketplace and volunteer organizations, Sean has successfully delivered results strategies and training in business, education, and non-profits. Sean is a seasoned speaker, trainer and consultant who delivers his message with a fiery passion. He creates environments that foster shared achievement while using adaptive training to increase engagement. Sean demonstrates an uncanny ability to connect people through eye-opening education, hands-on engagement, and memorable take-a-ways ensuring long term ROI. His strengths come from being an unconventional practitioner of principles, while remaining a lifelong learner of their many applications. Sean is the founder of Soular Development, a performance consulting and training company focused on success and succession through personal and skill development, collaboration, and innovation. He received his BA in Political Science from the University of North Carolina, Asheville. His bride is Jennifer, the official support structure of everything Sean does, and they have four world changers: Victoria, Ryan, Alexandra and Alaysah – A.K.A. "TEAMNIX".
