My responsibilities included: Territory Management, Calling on clients which consisted of all Travel Agencies, Financial Institutions and Australia Post.It was my responsibility to ensure they were trained on the Cash Passport on its Features and Benefits and how to issue through the system. Targets were set and monitored each month. It was my responsibility to guide them to achieve those targets. My territory was the whole of Queensland and to achieve this vast area I engaged my clients via face to face calls, telephone calls, and webinars. To keep track of my client base we used the Salesforce system. It was important to create lasting relationships with both internal colleagues and external customers.
