It is owned and operated by Beryl Packer and David Grothaus, providing professional residential cleaning services in 5 counties along the beautiful Crystal Coast of North Carolina.Founded Strategic Regulatory Solutions: Biotechnology and AgChem, LLC, in 2012, to provide consulting services for writing and submitting regulatory submissions to USDA, EPA and FDA for biotechnology-derived crops and for chemicals.Earned a B.S. and M.S. in Microbiology/Immunology from The Ohio State University; a Ph.D. in Microbiology/Molecular Biology from University of Missouri. Postdoctoral NIH Fellow in Immunology at Temple University School of Medicine. Dr. Packer has led Regulatory teams developing new products, including GM crops, pesticides and antimicrobials. She also led a team in Infectious Disease Diagnostic R&D, developing rapid diagnostic tests.
