• Engineer with 13 years of working practice in Multinational Corporations related to Product Development and Engineering Services for Automotive Industry. • Internal combustion engines specialist with extensive participation in powertrain development projects for commercial and small vehicles. • Strong skills in Engine Management System Calibration both dynamometer bench and vehicles concerning fuel consumption, performance and exhaust emissions. • Experience as a Product Development team Manager being responsible for Engine Engineering group. • Business Unit leadership experience. In charge of business plan compilation and reporting results to the Board of Directors. • Recognized competence in Project Management, Strategic Planning and Business Development. • Specific knowledge about development tools like: AVL IndiModul, AVL Visiolution, dSpace, ETAS INCA, DOE, AVL PUMA, HORIBA STARS, MatLab Simulink, PTC Windchill and process concerning DVP&R, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, PLM and TS16949. • Practice in Engines Manufacturing Processes including “Lean Manufacturing” application. • Multicultural personality and international experience including USA, China, UK and Australia.
