I am an expert in technology, operations, and vendor management with a focus on how we can best utilize our solutions and partners to maximize the customer experience and ultimately the bank's income statement. As the Chief Digital Officer I lead an innovative team of professionals with the goal of delivering improved customer experience in all channels, growing revenue and improving organization wide efficiencies while at the same time improving upon the bank's risk position.
