I have been within the e-Commerce and IT industry for more than seventeen years. I have a strong passion for the work that I do and take pride in being an experienced Development and Digital Project Manager with specialised experience within the e-Commerce industry. I possess a unique blend for creativity, technical and leadership skills, which enables me to produce innovative results under tight timelines and budgets utilising both internal and external teams. I apply my passion and utilise my expertise in every endeavor I undertake, resulting in delivery of high caliber websites & microsites, the implementation of improved methodologies and increased revenue. In my current role, I have delivered and launched the new Co-operative Energy which involved the implementation of an enhanced customer journey that has successfully increased conversion. My professional experience has developed my technical, leadership, interpersonal, and project management skills. I maintain a solutions-oriented approach and enjoy collaborating with teams and various departments ensuring that I understand the needs of stakeholders when creating new products and improving procedures.
