Jan has spent +25 years innovating in retail bricks and mortar & ecommerce, launching and transforming businesses, developing International Markets and creating multi channel customer focussed growth strategies across the Music, Fashion Apparel, Footwear and Accessories sectors. Operating across niche, luxury and high Street, his entrepreneurial and engaging approach saw him set up his first retail outlet in Covent garden in 1994, followed by a chain of concession stores within the life style retailer, Urban Outfitters, before joining them and going on to run their multi language European ecommerce business where he was responsible for Ecommerce, Digital Creative, Social, Digital Marketing, Direct mail, Pr, Web Production and Operations. From UO, he joined the footwear brand Fitflop as their Global Ecommerce Director where he oversaw Ecommerce, Digital Strategy, Social, Digital Marketing, Web Operations & fulfilment before joining Jack Wills as Global Ecommerce Director, again with full functional ownership and a remit to deliver and execute an International Ecommerce strategy, integrate multi channel capability and drive growth.
