As a Merrill Market Development Manager, I focus on acquiring outstanding advisors that can achieve success here and help clients do the same. My strong coaching and mentoring skills – coupled with my 16 years' industry experience – allow me to excel in my role. I report to the National Community Market Strategy Executive and manage business results across 5 states including UT, ID, MT, WA and AK.
